Ode To My Duckie

My humans mowed over my Duckie
My humans mowed over my pal
My humans mowed over my Duckie
My duckie is in pieces now

Buy ME
Buy ME
Oh buy me a new duckie. Now!
Right now.

Buy ME
Buy ME
Oh Buy me a new Duckie now

This really blows. After Cousin Gryff, the mauler, dismantled most of my stuffies I was down to only 2 outdoor stuffies now that Duckie is gone I just have one

If I get to be alone with the computer and a credit card I'm gonna so a little cyber-shopping.

*sigh* I'm never alone with the computer and a credit card.

  3. So sorry for your loss. That was a really fowl thing for your humans to do! Hope Duckie II is as awesome as the first one. Maybe he should be bigger so he doesn't get run over!

  4. Your momma should go to the store RIGHT NOW and get you a new duckie. How could they be so cruel as to mow over your duckie!?

  5. Hoover, what a sad story! If I mowed the lawn, (which, of course, I don't, the thumbs dealie again) I would certainly be able to see a bright yellow duckie, and mow around him.

You are very clever, Hoover, and I love the song you wrote. I might have my Mom sing it to me.

By the way, we have an extra duckie here that I would be glad to send you if you send your mailing address to me at letoile@arvig.net .

Keep your sunny side up, Hoover,

    Kisses,
    Stella

  7. Hey Hoover and Kirby,
Greetings from South Africa and nice to meet you! We just love your blog! It must be such fun to have this unique sibling relationship...WOW! The photo of the'WARTHOGS' (in our blog) was taken at a game lodge in SA some time ago...and YES, they did venture into the house - OH DEAR! Wild animals can be quite 'pushy' when they get accustomed to humans. Quite frankly, its not the ideal. But, Mom says they were really cute - just like pigs are and as you know!
Anyway, thanks for visiting our blog, and we'll put you on our bloglist! We love the fact that you are a rescue dog - Hoover - AND battery powered! Tell your mom she writes amazingly well!
